Lignans and hormone health

Directions

Give 1 tablet for every 10–20 lbs of body weight per day, all at once or spread through the day. Give whole as a treat, or hide in food, peanut butter, cheese or a pill pocket.

• 10 lbs or less: ½–1 tablet
• Around 20 lbs: 1–2 tablets
• Around 40 lbs: 2–4 tablets
• Around 80 lbs: 4–8 tablets
