Lignans and hormone health
Lignans are plant compounds with a mild, balancing effect on hormones. The body converts them into enterolignans (enterodiol and enterolactone), which act as antioxidants and help support healthy hormone balance, including normal cortisol levels.* Further reading.
Directions
