HMR Multi-Formula 20mg Capsules

Three supplements in one unflavored capsule

K9 Select HMR Multi-Formula combines HMR lignans, melatonin and milk thistle in a single unflavored capsule with minimal added ingredients. Each bottle holds 90 capsules, and every capsule contains:

• HMR lignans: 20 mg
• Melatonin: 2 mg
• Milk thistle: 40 mg, standardized to 80% silymarin

The three ingredients

HMR lignans (hydroxymatairesinol) come from Norway spruce knots, the same source as our Lignans for Life HMR lignans. The body converts them into enterolignans, potent antioxidants that also support healthy hormone levels.*

Melatonin is a natural antioxidant that helps regulate the sleep-wake cycle and hormone activity, and may ease stress.*

Milk thistle is standardized to 80% silymarin, the antioxidant flavonolignans studied for their support of a healthy liver in dogs.*

Directions

Give 1 capsule for every 20 lbs of body weight, once daily. Give it whole hidden in food, or open the capsule and mix the powder into a little peanut butter, cheese or a pill pocket.

Second melatonin serving: lignans and milk thistle are given once a day, but melatonin works best every 12 hours. Twelve hours after the Multi-Formula, give a plain melatonin serving:

• Dogs 10 lbs or less: 1 mg
• Dogs under 30 lbs: 3 mg
• Dogs over 30 lbs: 5–6 mg
