Flaxseed Hulls Powder 2 pack

Organic flaxseed hulls 2-pack: stock up and save

This 2-pack includes two 7.6 oz jars of Lignans for Life Flaxseed Hulls Powder, a better value for daily use. Each jar is organic, partially defatted flaxseed hull, cold milled into a fine powder. Hulls are where flax's SDG lignans are concentrated, so every large scoop delivers 80 mg of lignans, plus fiber and a balance of omega-3 and omega-6 oils. Nothing else is added.*

Why it stands out

• Organic & clean: organic flax, non-GMO, gluten free, no other ingredients
• Concentrated SDG lignans: 80 mg per large scoop, 6 mg per small scoop
• Hormone balance: lignans provide natural hormone support*
• Antioxidant & immune support: lignans convert to enterolignans, potent antioxidants*
• Natural fiber: both soluble and insoluble fiber to support digestive health*

Hulls vs. regular ground flaxseed

Whole flaxseed is 40–50% oil, most of it from the inner kernel, and that oil goes rancid over time. Our hulls are separated from the kernel, cutting the oil to 11–15%. You keep enough flax oil for its omega-3s (which exceed the omega-6s) while getting far more lignans per scoop than regular ground flax.

Lignans and hormone health

Lignans are plant compounds with a mild, balancing effect on hormones. The body converts them into enterolignans (enterodiol and enterolactone), which act as antioxidants and help support healthy estrogen and testosterone balance.* Learn more on our women's health and men's health pages.
